I needed my iPad screen fixed. Matthew was very friendly and professional. He explained cost and the possible loss of “Touch ID” ability (which I didn’t lose). It looks brand new and was done the next day as promised; although had I come earlier in the day would’ve been same day! Great job “CPR” and thank you for a job well done!

Complete HONEST REVIEW! HORRIBLE WORK! Took my phone in for a cracked screen. Screen was "replaced" Screen was not glued down all the way, glue all over the one, light could be seen from the top of the phone, screen cracked again. Manager at the Council Bluffs store it wasn't "warranty" he could glue the cracked screen down again.. I told him it needed to be replaced since it wasn't installed correctly and he told me he couldn't do that. I asked for a refund and he couldn't do that either. I requested the Owners phone number called him. Informed him that his "manager" was rude and terrible customer service. Owner proceeds to tell me he is going to say rude things. Horrible service and terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money.

Thank you Peyton and all at CPR! I had already been told that all the data was gone on my husband’s CRUSHED cellphone was lost forever but they were able to recover it all! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their phones. Besides that, they were super nice! Thanks to all of you

My son took a phone to the OWNER! He said it could not be repaired so would meet him tomorrow and sale an upgraded phone at amazing price.Ended up giving him a locked phone and put an Absolutely demolished screen back on his phone.He originally went in with a crack. Suddenly the owner is "never" in the stores and cannot be bothered. Do NOT bring your phone here.
