My iPhone touch screen stopped working yesterday. I spent time on-line this morning trying to figure out what I could do to back it up before restoring. Finally gave up and took it to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) in Fairview Heights. We discussed options. I decided to replace the screen. My phone was ready and working in a couple hours. I wish I hadn't wasted so much time this morning on-line. Being without a phone and all your contact numbers is aggravating. I am so glad they were able to fix my phone so quickly.

I spoke with Ryan before I dropped my devise off and was given all of the information I needed right off the bat including price. I was greeted in a professional manner upon arrival and told what would be done in a very detailed manner. Unfortunately for me, my phone was not repairable but the knowledge and communication Ryan gave me made me understand exactly what was going on with my phone. I was given a few options and some solid advise and was able to pick up my devise confidently knowing that everything that could be checked was diagnosed properly.
