I recently dropped off a tablet the we use for our business to get it repaired. CPR had to order a part, which I understand during these times can take awhile. I called every couple of weeks and they were still waiting for the part. The fourth time I called to check on the status they informed me that the part was in but they were waiting on someone to repair it. I then asked if I could come in and pick up the tablet and the part to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. When I got to the store they only handed me the tablet back. When I asked where the part was they explained that it had not been delivered yet. The employees were friendly but I didn't appreciate the dishonesty. I took the tablet to a place in the mall and they had the tablet repaired the next day.

I got a quote for an Xbox hdmi repair and it was quoted for 2hrs at the price if 135. I brought it to the store and was asked to pay 159 up front before the repair was done. I asked if they were going to honor the quote and they said that they suppose the could but the fix would take 2 weeks. I left it there for 2 weeks and never heard an update from them so I contacted them myself to find out that they haven't even looked at it yet! I went and picked it up to bring it somewhere else. That somewhere else had it done in 1 day. I would look else where for a fix!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!!!! On November 17, 2020 Best Buy sent me here for a new battery for my iPhone SE. I was made to pay in advance 64.49. When I had the battery installed I was informed my phone was in a continuous boot loop and was no longer usable. When I requested a refund they told me the battery price of 14.49 could be refunded. I clarified I needed to pay 50 to have my phone destroyed and now purchase a new one? They informed me labor is that much and even if they destroy it I have to pay for that. I have never encountered this in any other professional industry. I tried to contact corporate but they referred my case to the store, whom obviously did not contact me. I wish I could’ve put that 50 towards my new phone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat. I talk to one person and they told me 125 to get my phone fixed and then the next person said it would be 169 to get my phone fixed. I go in to jump off my phone and they said my phone wouldn’t be available for two days when I originally I was told 24 hours. This place has awful, terrible, customer service and I do not recommend this place. Nobody knows what they’re talking about and nobody is on the same page. Zero out of five stars

I dropped my phone off they told me 55 then I went to the car to get credit card came back in then it was 75. They never called me for 7 days I had to call them.i came to get the phone it was dead,I said how do I know if it's fixed and he said I can charge it for a few minutes. Didn't say if it was fixed or not didn't say what they did to it. I had to call them once I got home. So very disappointing in costumer service for sure.i will never go back. So I paid 75 for what. The phone did not work and they assured me they could fix it thats why I paid the 75 to be gin with
