I was so surprised that this was so easy. I had been putting off getting a new battery in my phone for a long time as I felt it would not work or take to long. Quite the opposite! It took 15 minutes and my phone is holding a charge for the first time in months. I will continually return for cell phone repair and any other repairs I may need.

I went to this location because I had an installation concerned with something being under my screen protector on my watch. I asked the guy if I could purchase the replacement, but take it elsewhere to have it installed as it wasn’t done correctly the first time. He said no, then proceeded to take the screen protector off my watch, and crumple it up, and then still expected me to pay him to replace it.

I called many times about my Samsung notebook. The said they would do a Diagnosis at a charge of 49.00 to be applied to repairs. It took hours for them to call back and finally he said” well, if I get into the computer I may crack your screen but we will pay for that but then it’s more than the money we charge..? Excuse me.. so I picked up the computer because I didn’t want someone who has no clue what he’s doing to touch it. and yes he would not refund the diagnosis even with the fact he doesn’t work on the and I didn’t give him permission to break the screen. Then when I told him to refund it he stated he was very clear. Yeah.. You may crack the screen and not be able to fix it.

They replaced the screen on an iPad in just three hours. Best Buy wanted a week to do it and over 50 more. I highly recommend CPR FM!

They repaired my daughter's dented phone quickly (same day) and professionally. During the repair, they accidentally cracked a small part of her screen due to the difficulty of removing the dented frame, but replaced the screen at no extra charge. It was also a same day repair. The phone looks brand new. They were great at communicating as well. Would definitely recommend them.
