Brian was extremely helpful in the process of repairing my broken screen. 100/10 recommend going to both of his location: this one and the one in Vernon Hills!

We brought our phone to CPR in Highland Park with a shattered screen. They were great! They replaced the screen promptly and suggested a few ways we can protect the phone from future drops. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the screen a few days later, but CPR replaced it under warranty without question. It now works perfectly. Great experience overall. I will continue to go to CPR Highland Park for all my cellphone/tablet/computer needs - I highly recommend!!

I brought my iPhone XS with a small crack on my screen for repair. They seemed to do a great job, but when I got home my FaceID and selfie camera no longer worked (they did work before the 'repair'). The owner said he wouldn't do anything except offer to trade me for his older, lower memory iPhone. So now I am stuck buying a new phone since my work app requires a biometric sign-in.

iPhone looked like-new following screen repair. Done in 30 minutes, too. It cost a bit more than I'd hoped, but service and repair quality was top-notch.

Brian is the man. He fixed my cracked screen within 1 hour. He did a great job explaining what was needed.
