Awesome! Tim is friendly, knowledgeable and quick! His service to my cell phone was impeccable. AND he had just the phone that my daughter wanted! The associate was great to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about my game system, friendly, and professional. While she was unable to fix my specific issue, due to company policy, she suggested some ideas for replacement and gladly answered my follow-up questions.
