I came in with a badly broken phone. James knew I was in a rush and fixed replaced my screen/fixed my phone in about a half an hour. It usually takes 2 hours, but this store really prioritizes their customers. I’ll definitely be recommending them and returning if I ever need something fixed. Thanks James!

Being semi-retired, on a fixed income; finding quality products at affordable pricing is key. Unfortunately, I failed terribly recently with an overseas cellular purchase; couldn't open it in English, then couldn't shut it down and quite frankly, felt even more foolish walking into CPR (Cellular Phone Repair) with it. The Lead Tech James, is a jewel; courteous & patient, explained what to expect, (best/worse scenarios); timeline & potential cost(s), before leaving it. Upon return, James demonstrated the phone's limitations, then pulled-up a review of the model on YouTube; confirming his analysis and initial hunches about this lemon. BOTTOM LINE: James trouble-shooted the features important to me; proved how this product was not going to perform accordingly, then graciously extended his time and efforts, gratuitously. Mind you, in addition to this example of Superior Customer Service; CPR Offers Special Discounts to First Responders, as shown in the pix I took, (sidewalk chalk marquee). Truly a place to check out
