I stopped by to see how much a new battery for my iPhone 8 would cost and if I had to order it ahead of time - they had batteries in stock, could do the work right away, I’d have it back within 30 minutes, and it cost 60. I ran two tiny errands before I returned to the store - the phone was ready sooner than they said it would be!! Works perfectly. Thanks a ton for the quick service.

We found the staff very knowledgeable, and, therefore, able to quickly solve our problem(s). Yes. They solved several problems, which was quite unexpected! They are personable, respectful, and even volunteered solutions we would not have considered. This was also unexpected, considering that much of what we discussed, although very helpful to my wife and I, resulted in no immediate profit to the store. Whatever they're being paid, they more than earn. Thank you CPR!

I had to fill out a review for this store, mainly because I wanted to shine on a light on one of the employees there, who goes by the name of Chuck. Chuck was an amazing customer service representative and has expertise the other stores do not have to offer, I'm sure the other stores are great in their own way but Chuck specializes in flash backing phones and was very courteous and professional when it came to helping me with my problem. Chuck did a great job and was able to help solve my problem let alone do extra steps to make sure the issue was taken care of. I recommend this store and especially Chuck to anyone who is looking for a great Customer Service experience, if corporate is reading this review, give this man a raise!
