We bought a 2-bedroom condo that needed a lot of remodeling in an area we were not familiar with as far as finding a good contractor to manage the project. After much researching on different online sites, I found 3 contractors to interview and give me a good honest bid. Orlando owner of CQR gave us a fair bid to be completed in a reasonable timeframe. Another reason we went with him is that his crew has been with him for a long time. The project consisted of an all-new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with all new paint, flooring, lighting, cabinets and tops. Even the door hinges were replaced. His project manager , Pedro, communicated with me with texts and pictures showing me the progress since we did not live there. You cannot go wrong using CQR for your remodeling projects. They do excellent work and you can trust them.

OMG, if I could give 10 stars to CQR I would. THEY are hardworking, amazing, honest, punctual and respectful, to name a few. The whole CQR crew are very professional. Orlando Salinas walked us through the whole remodeling process step by step. He offered suggestions and we appreciated all his expertise and help. CQR provide samples of tiles, paint colors and flooring. The whole crew are very skilled at their craft. They were open to our suggestions and aimed to please. After each work day, they cleaned up the work area and provided details of what would be next. The timeline that was presented to us was right on target and came in on budget. (Insert BIG smile) Punctuality- VERY punctual, always on time Cleanliness-VERY clean and organized, always covered appliances/furniture when working with paint and tile work Respectful- VERY respectful and polite We will NOT hesitate recommending CQR to someone that is seeking a reputable, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy remodeling company. My wife had wanted for sometime to remodel the children's bathroom. We had looked at tile and talked with several people and yet we still were not fully comfortable. I searched on Google to find some more companies and CQR was one that came up. There positive reviews and I placed a call. The owner came over and gave the room a look, listened to what we wanted, and then made some suggestions. The quote they gave us wasn't the cheapest quote we heard, but I felt based on how Orlando described the work his team would be doing that we could trust them. All I can say is awesome work! The remodeled bathroom is gorgeous. My children are happy with the work. It was done on time and looks fabulous. The team that did the job were friendly and answered our questions promptly. My wife's first response when seeing the remodel was now when can we get our bathroom remodeled. I would highly recommend CQR. You will not be disappointed.
