I rented here for 4 years and left this place cleaner than when I moved in. After being told I would get all my deposit back from the walk through with the maintenance manager, they kept 650 for pre-existing issues I had reported on my move in checklist! They wouldn't return my messages regarding this. Won't rent from them again.

We loved renting from this company! It was never a struggle to get ahold of anyone or to request maintenance help. We got our full deposit back which was great. They were very clear in their expectations of cleanliness for when we moved out which saved us from any confusion. We highly recommend them!

CR Properties in my own experience is giving us good quality service. When there is a problem, they will send a repairman to fix it. The owner of the house is kind too. We don’t have much problem on their service. And about the Staff, they’re pretty great too. And I got my deposit refund. Keep up the good work guys! ️️️️️

I had a horrible experience with this lousy company. They said I owed em a bunch of late rent when they took over the slum I lived in off of polk in the worst part of phoenix. Turns out the people who I was giving rent to kept it for themselves. This was many years ago and has no bearing on me at all today. I just wanted to warn anyone who will deal with this company
