Jennifer Sapin is my insurance agent but I would also like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Cathy and the entire team at Craddock Insurance. They have always been there for me and because of that, I consider them part of my extended family. For example, Craddock Insurance backed me up when I was wrongfully charged for not having renters insurance when I clearly did. They fought on my behalf for hours as if it was their own money that they were losing. Jennifer has been extremely helpful during times when I am down and need help finding a new home. She has referred me a great realtor and followed up to make sure everything is working out. They have provided me an outstanding insurance policy at an incredibly low cost and continue to provide me great service for the four years that I have been with them.
