Don't get confused the location changed. Quite good. No breakfast just a room to sleep in and a shower. No English speakers in the reception when I came. I payd 500 lei for 4nights

Conditions were good but the owners gave no damn about customers right to sleep. They would sit on the balcony, drink wine and chat all night, we had like 3 hours of sleep top.
