My recovery truck broke down at Cramlington Vauxhall. Kevin and his service team were quick to react by fitting me in the their busy diary to get me back on the road with in a day. Absolute first class service by all. I would highly recommend. Sales team were also very helpful and friendly. Well done Cramlington Vauxhall.

Initially not great! Got there at 10.15ish...spoke to senior salesman giving him my needs. He asked me to look around...I did and took photos of car I was interested in...walked around and stood in showroom expecting someone to see me at some point. Was thinking of just leaving and saw a salesman outside in courtyard...asked him if there was any sales people to help and he told me that he would send someone out...hung around and decided to leave at 11 when no-one turned up. Rang EH and asked for an appointment. The person on the line was very helpful and it helped. Maybe I look too poor lol Forget the above to update after I made an appointment!! I showed up expecting to be seen, as I had booked and appointment withwan in depth list of cars I was interested in...but I turned up asked some lady at the desk and she asked me to sit and she would ask one of the sakesmas...I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!...I sat for a further 10 and no one even came over to explain the situation. I went over to talk to him...he was on a phone to the regional manager...I asked if I talked to the RM, he said, \No\. At that point I voiced my ooiopin in the very poor service...AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!

We dealt with Geoff Dixon who is a credit to the business who exceeded what what we were after.
