Left a very clear list of instructions which were completely ignored and have had no reply from Nick
Cleaning wasn't done properly, sheets and towels returned week late, and not all of them. Nick is a disaster of a person to deal with, stay away from them.
Did not change sheets between guests, Did not return sheets and towels to the property once the services were terminated. I would not recommend this company.
