Had our alarm installed 3 years ago and it was painless, with the new system being well explained. Since then the S3 team have carried out annual services, but also been on hand to sort out any issues. The one we had being at 10pm the night before we were due to go on holiday (issue caused by changing internet provider). It was sorted over the phone that night. Could not recommend them or their service any more highly.

Greg installed a dual camera system for me and from the initial meeting to the follow up with adjustments after installation his service has been first class. To add to his and his team's skills they services a remote control gate and alarm system during the same day of the installation. He explained the setup and function of the camera systems very well and I am very happy with the system.
Greg provided a great service recently when upgrading our alarm and installing a new CCTV system. He took time to understand our requirements and recommended an appropriate solution which was within our budget. The installation was done quickly and after sales service has been good.
