Canada post is a very reliable postal service but the customer service is terrible. Any staff member i ever talk there makes me feel so unwelcome and really gives off the feeling that they hate there job

Excellent customer service all the time
It’s unfortunate that I have to rate one star because I like the shoppers post office and the employees. But its still pricey Canada post and never on time packages. The one who delivers the packages needs to be replaced
