While in town we needed a haircut for my son (6) he is usually okay but today he was a little off his routine. A very friendly and skilled lady cut his hair (I forget her name- she had long purple hair) anyway it was a fantastic experience and I would totally recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Didn't listen to the poor reviews and ended up paying over a hundred dollars for yellow hair, and told can be fixed in two months for same ammount. Never again.

I got my hair cut twice at this location by the same hair stylist and was absolutely blown away by her expertise! But the third time I went there (about a week ago, my hubby paid for a cut and Color for me for our anniversary. He was quoted 140-160 for the cut and Color and it ended up being over 200. I asked for a light red Color and I got brown and blond (which was pretty much what I already had). I asked for my bangs to be trimmed shorter than that last time and They ended up the same length as last time. I asked for my hair to be thinned out and she didn’t even do that! I feel cheated as I really wanted the red hair Color and I do not think It was worth over 200. I am not even sure if I will ever go back to Chatters again and if I do, I don’t think I will go back to the same stylist. Totally not impressed!!

Love this place. Love the staff. They always do a fantastic job. It's been consistently good year after year as they hold themselves to a high standard. I feel welcomed when I come in. Today my 11 month old received a hair cut from Shelly-Ann. She was patient while he squirmed, she didn't cut his ears, and she was so fast and precise that we were in and out in 15 minutes.

I went for a haircut today. I wanted to freshen up my look and get a hair length shortened by a little bit. Usually for a haircut the stylist takes sections of hair and cut it. However she just combed the hair trimmed the ends and straightened it. That was all! My hair looks flat it still has dead ends and the layers are not freshened up. She basically charged me for combing and straightening. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I was extremely excited to get my hair done and the branch itself holds its name so i had high expectations. Would give no stars at all. Totally bummed
