Until recently I was generally satisfied with my Yorkie’s trim, and liked that they accommodated me quickly. However last time my usual request for a “round” face was totally disregarded. She looked like a schnauzer and all her hair was different lengths and poorly cut. They laughed when I expressed my disappointment. She also had a small cut near her eye. It has taken almost three months for her to begin to look normal. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Excellent service. Dogs look and i think they feel a lot better
I've taken Gunner my cocker spaniel their for years. He loves it. Every time we go he gets so excited he runs in and wants to jump right on the table. They are the best I don't live in BC anymore but even when we visit and bring Gunner we always pop in for a visit.
Not very good customer service. The owners daughter is a very rude person as well....
