This company earned and deserves a score of MINUS 10 for the care of my brother. For over two years they rightfully earned the title “We Do Not Care” The last straw was that one of their most experienced care aides caused aspiration pneumonia in my brother which required extensive hospitalization and he still had ongoing complications over a month later. Other poor quality care by uncertified care aides includes dropping him out of his sling while transporting him by portable lift from his bed into his wheelchair, blatant disregard of his written care plan by their own nursing staff with regards to giving him unthickened liquids which is dangerous as he suffers from dysphasia, refusing to wear gloves, failing to lock and secure the spout on his catheter bag. The list goes on and on, with too many infractions to mention. Please stay away from this company if you value your loved ones.
