6 months ago I called and made an appointment with a clinical counsellor, and I had to wait 2 weeks for that appointment, which was totally fine. When the day of the appointment came, they called and cancelled. I rescheduled and had to wait another 2 weeks for a new appointment. Yet again they called me a couple hours before my appointment and cancelled. This was very unprofessional and I waited over a month and never even got to see anyone.
