We happened upon this bakery while on a business trip to cranbrook and we are so happy we did. They serve our favourite coffee (Kicking Horse) and even sell it by the bag. But the real highlight of this place is the service and the ah-may-zing cinnamon buns with cream cheese icing quite literally the best cinnamon buns and icing we have ever had, and we went ahead and ordered a dozen that we are picking up fresh tomorrow morning on our way out of town. The service was the friendliest, warmest, most helpful service we have experienced anywhere in a very long time. We will be back here every time we are back in town and we highly recommend it!

I miss Max's place in the morning now that we have moved to Kimberley. Stopped in on Friday to pick up a treat for another local business, the staff are always so welcoming and positive in the morning. Any of the food options from sandwiches to quiche, muffins to cookies are wicked good. Myra loves the espresso. Thanks for being awesome. On a side note the store looks amazing in the winter time with Christmas lights on the street and the windows all fogged up in the AM! My favorite from here is the ham and cheese quiche, best enjoyed in the morning, out on the patio, with the sun warming you.

Amazing berry scone and London fog, definitely worth a visit! Very COVID safe, staff wore face masks and had barriers set up. Perfect spot for a treat and a coffee!

Amanda is the sweetest and most genuine server I’ve ever had. She is kind and takes good care of her customers, never rushing anyone. I hope you pay her good and she stays a long time. Stay lovely girl !
