Unfortunately I do not remember the receptionist's name but I definitely remember that she was very pleasant, personable and helpful with making my appointment to see Karen who was my counselor/advisor. When I met with Karen I found her to be just as pleasant, personable and especially helpful! Karen was very reassuring that MNP could help to ease my stress and worry and . assure me that my decision to go this route was probably the best for me. Karen was instructive and clear ,professional and yet friendly. I have recommended both MNP and Karen to a friend who is in similar financial distress and he also remarked about how helpful and friendly Karen is! I highly recommend MNP to anyone who is having debt problems which can become so overwhelming to reach out to MNP and at least get an opinion from one of their agents/ counselors as to whether they can help you!

When I called to talk to my what is now my case worker, I was beyond embarrassed and in fact cried. I was overwhelmed immensely as I had lost my job not due to any fault on my behalf and had been struggling for a few months. She calmed me down, gave me a bunch of scenarios that would work for my situation. I decided on one and it was a quick and easy process after that. She always answers my call and always is polite and understanding. I have had one financial Counselling appointment with my assigned Counsellor and she was amazing as well No judgements, No shaming. very understanding and very helpful. I would recommend a call to MNP if you are struggling, they treat you with pure respect and make the entire process very painless.
