Amazing people who work there went there to grab some cables everyone there was awesome I highly recommend them! what ever you need they will provide you with information you need and if they don't have it they will tell you where to get it or will do there best to get it in to the store for you!!!

Was just in the store a week or so before Christmas and Kathy was very helpful even though they were very busy. I can't say enough about her customer service! They did not have what I was looking for but she took the time to look up options for me, amazing! Thank you Kathy!

Only 1 customer and myself. I was told NOT to touch anything in store. Only allowed to look. Was very ignorant about it. So I decided not to buy what I was going to. Seeing how I can't touch it to buy it. Young blonde gal And 2 men were working. It was the young blonde ponytail gal. NEVER will i go back. Got my stuff elsewhere.

It was my first trip to Cranbrook, an l really needed to find my Ole stand by \ The source\ l've acquired a few phones an home audio equiptment from that store and other amazing buys for a long as l can remember. I also needed help with a phone that belonged to a senior friend of mine. Friendly an very helpful staff whisked me over to the counter as l entered to give me the optinum help l needed in fixing my problem, and finding me the right phone an plan that fit my needs.. I even got an in store credit for my old phone! l couldn't resist a few things in the store that day that caught my eye like A Raven on the go! I must say l was very impressed with the way Kathy helped me out an all the other associates! .. Yup Amanda, has an Aaaamazing team of women who are intertwined like a family there.. I was just so stoked with this Regional Managers ethics, grace, an first handed knowledge that not only what she told me, but her store staff were a just a sea of smiles an facts that helped make my day a Great one! You Ladies in Cranbrook Source.... Rock!
