The worst customer services to date. Texted asking if it was for a certain service and then asked to make sure it’s okay to call. If I didn’t get a response until Monday that would of been fine with me. I would of called then. He gave me another number to ring, signal bad phone cut out. Texted with the vehicle details explaining either repair required or just forced shut so It stays that way. Don’t ever need to sell the car as it’s just one of many play things. Just for me. This is the response I received quoted “These 3texts have cost me 45p so can you please ring me on the number i gave you when you have a good signal or better still use a landline if you can and i will try and help you” I’m already aware that the repair I need is between 200-1000 I’m going to have to pay this no matter where I go but he’s just lost a hell of a lot of money complaining of the cost of three text messages. Mind blown! He could of passed that cost to me in labour repair and I’d have never known! Should always know to avoid a ‘business’ that has no website, only a mobile number, no reviews and a generated Facebook page with no details from owner. Typical dodgy wannabe business.
