Friendly staff and a decent selection of in stock appliances. Our fridge died so we needed a replacement one that day! Willow appliance was one of the only places we could walk in and walk out with our fridge. Prices were fairly in par with what we expected.

Terrible experience shopping for a replacement knob for a stove. Manager overcharges for a used replacement knob and would not allow a exchange for the correct fitting one. This makes absolutely no sense. You are an appliance parts store and you serve your customer by helping them find the right parts. I like to support local business but won't shop here again unless I have to.

We will not darken their door again!! Needed a bottom of door seal for my Bosch dishwasher last week, so tried to source it locally. I see on Willow website, they deal in North American appliances only, and we were told by parts department that they do not bother with \those foreign appliances\. Stamped on my Bosch is \made in U.S.A\!! Is that not a part of North America!?!? I sourced the part out of Coquitlam from a friendly, knowledgeable, competent parts person, ordered Friday, got part Monday. Tried to deal local!
