Absolutely disgusted that I was denied disabled access on Saturday 5th December. I had to walk away after being told by a member of staff that a short cut access via the exit door to the shop was out of bounds to anyone coming in even if they were disabled. But instead even the disabled would have to walk an extreme distance if they wanted to come in. I couldn't walk the distance and so I was denied a visit to the Christmas shop . This was not a covid thing . This is the same entry and exit system that they have always had, but I can't do it anymore.

Only went to cafe but was lovely as usual! Very covid safe..clean and well distanced tables and food fab!
Always a pleasure. Great helpful and friendly staff too.
Well the cafe is a tad more stylish than last year, with its tables well distanced, so now appearing more upmarket. The approach from the entrance now has something to sell, but if first impressions are anything to go by, outside the entrance the shrubs need pruning & the Rose's need deadheading. If someone cares about appearances then there's still room for improvement.
Parsnip soup was very good.
