Never answered phone. When i went in person told me to come back in July, this was the beginning of June. All i wanted was dogs nails cut. My dog is very scared of the groomer so i have to switch back and fourth with a few different groomers because she remembers them and wont get out of car lol. Through the years I've been there a few times and I got used to her unpleasant personality but this was the end for me. Ill stick with Mrs E on Oaklawn .
I've been taking my dog Lucy to Dog's best friend for 5 years. I bounced around from groomer to groomer until I found Dog's best friend and I couldn't be happier. The cuts always come out exactly as you describe it to them. My dog is always greeted by name and I when I pick her up she looks like she went to a beauty salon. The consistency and quality are second to none. Punctuality is always spot on and I've never heard an excuse or story about anything, I don't leave comments whether good or bad because it's just not my thing. I had to make an exception here because this place is that good and I had to show my appreciation. Tipping and thank you's get redundant when it's the same superior service every time. Other groomers should take notice of this places' approach. They don't push products on you, the staff is always the same, the professionalism is incredible. I would recommend Dog's best friend to anyone and everyone. Thank you dog's best friend for 5 years and counting of unbelievable service.
I’ve been taking my pet Sparky there for13 Yrs, and I’ve tried a different place in this time span, but always go back,they really are that good and more importantly they like their job and it shows
This is my 2nd or 3rd time coming here and i will continue to come here even though it's a 25 min drive from home. I love this place. My pooch always looks nice and clean and smells really good and the trim clean up quality is perfect! They also have better prices than other dog groomers around.
