Jim was great! Very responsive to my texts and made time in his busy schedule to fit me in next day. He was as honest as could be and the service that I needed ended up being simple and Jim didn’t charge me for it! I will 100% be contacting him in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

I was very disappointed with my service to unclog a drain in my bathroom. Jim was extremely unprofessional, rude and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I was shocked at his behavior. The maintenance supervisor and head of the condo association were in the apartment and Jim constantly told us that he wanted to go home and didn’t get paid enough to be there. He used constant expletives as well. I told him that he could leave because I felt very nervous and uncomfortable but he refused. I found out later that he was upset that the head of the condo association was hovering and asking a lot of questions. I understand being frustrated, but sometimes you have to deal with “annoying” situations and have to remain professional and composed and not throw a tantrum like a child. I myself get stressed in my own job and have never thrown a fit and treated someone the way Jim treated me. I found out that he apologized to my landlord which is absurd because my landlord wasn’t even there. Someone else fixed the clog 2 days later due to it being a building issue. I was so relieved that Jim didn’t end up having to come back due to my horrible experience!!!
Had one of those late night leaks that came out of nowhere with my shower and needed someone ASAP. Called Addessi Plumbing the next morning to have a look at the leak and Jim was able to see me that morning. He was very professional and discovered that my issue was being caused by a loose component in my shower valve. He tightened it and made sure everything was good and it’s been perfect since. There are so many horror stories with contractors, and it was refreshing to have one that was professional, honest, and fair with their pricing.
These guys are fantastic. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and honestly, just really nice. I am so glad to have finally found a plumbing service that checks all the boxes. We had work done to repair our hose- price was super reasonable; they were here on time, got it done, and came in less than the estimate. How often does that happen?! I will absolutely call Addessi Plumbing for any future needs. You guys rock, and I appreciate ya!
