This was my Very first time at Puppy Palace and I was nervous bc my dog had been going to the same place for years. Cindy was very accommodating and kind to me and especially my dog! He looked so great when I picked him up. Cindy was very caring and did an excellent job!

My doggy Toto loves loves the staff there. Cindy is truly amazing with the animals. The best part is I drop him off sometimes I wait and sometimes I don’t. I love the fact he isn’t in there for hours. Thank you Cindy and your staff Carol Benoit and Toto

What can I say about the Puppy Palace. Cindy the owner is great!!! She takes such good care of my little dog Bruno. He loves going to see her. The other staff is great as well, but Cindy really has a way with making him and myself feel comfortable with his care. If you are looking for a pet groomer that really cares about your pet Puppy Palace is the place.
Bought a “tea cup yorkie” from this place, turns out i spent almost 2,000 on a regular yorkie. Had I know this was not a tea cup dog I would not have made the purchase. Very unsatisfied.
