Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! The manager there is very condescending.I bought a printer there two years ago I also bought their warranty that they said is a swap out if something goes wrong. went there today two years after with my 4 year warranty papers and he said staples doesn't deal or sell this warranty company any longer and I will need to do down the rabbit hole of calling the 1-800 number. Worst customer service ever. I will never step foot in that door again. being in the service business I know what customer service is! They really need to get it together after spending thousands with staples over the years they lost all my business. For What? 200.00 that's what this is all about. I will now do business with Amazon instead of keeping my money local. very disappointed in the way I was treated today at staples.

The customer service is very poor, there is lack of communication between employees, employees doesn't value customer times, waited two hours for print work, all because associate needed a lunch break, disregard for customer needs, very clean, but service can be a lot better.

Customer Service is ABOVE & BEYOND!! I want to thank the Staff in assisting me with my purchase from beginning to end!! And in between my own error of dismantling a chair . Thank you Ms. Karen and Mr. Mike for easing my clumsiness in a quick manner!! Funny moment bringing in a piece that belonged to my car!! Thank you Ms. Karen for figuring that part out!! LoL!! In addition I want to Thank Mr. John and Mr. Shane in assisting with an unexpected purchase of my office chair!! Thank You Guys!!
