Crawford doors was great to work with and installed beautiful black garage doors that look like real wood. I went into the store and Gloria helped design and select the doors that would go with my 1920's colonial home. My garage went from looking like a beat up old Shack to a beautiful man cave. Thank you Crawford doors for beautiful doors, being so helpful, and very reasonable for a first time home owner.

I always check reviews prior to hiring a contractor/ company. There's always one bad egg (review) but when all others are sterling I ignore the rotten egg. My experience with Crawford garage door of Stratford was second to none. Gloria made profession suggestions to help me pick the best doors to compliment my home. Charles and the installation team installed the doors in an extremely clean and efficient manner. Home improvements can be confusing and frustrating. My experience form start to finish was a complete pleasure! If 10 stars were available Crawford gets that many well!
TERRIBLE experienceI paid for 3 ''top of the line' Liftmaster controllers and door mechanisms. After 5 months one door wasn't working. Despite being under warranty, the owner of the company came out one time, couldn't fix it, said there was an electrical problem, and left with "Good Luck." I confirmed with a licensed electrition the problem was not electrical. I called every single day for 8 consecutive business days. Owner Charlie REFUSED to call me back - his secretary said she understood but couldn't do anything. VERY VERY disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company. They do not stand by their work and do not service their customers.
These are the kind of people you want to do business with! Charlie and Gloria were super helpful in the purchase and installation of a new garage door for my parents. They were very informative and responsive, communicating both by phone and email equally as fast. Charlie himself even came out on a Saturday morning to take measurements. They are very friendly and give you a sense of trust. It almost feels like you're asking your uncle to come help install your new garage door. Our door arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and installation took all of two hours, again on a Saturday morning. And best of all, the price was right!! This family owned business is exactly what my parents were looking for. We are very happy with the new garage door. Thank you Charlie and Gloria!

Awesome service, great product. They took an old wooden door off from the 1940's that was crooked and didn't seal, that I didn't think could ever be replaced. They took the time to call the door company engineers to make sure the door would fit and seal and it is perfect. They will go the extra mile!
