Ordered my meals and got back home finding out they added cheese to my daughters slider, (can't have dairy). I called and spoke with the manager and politely asked them to double check orders. They will give me 4 sliders and mozzarella sticks the next time I go in. We all make mistakes and sometimes it makes a difference to be helpful and encouraging over anger and frustration. Overall a good Arby's location.

Woman taking the order was pleasant enough but did not listen while we were ordering, and got it almost completely wrong. Other than that, the interior was cleaned well as per Covid guidelines and all employees were in masks and gloves. As a restaurant manager myself, that part I do understand and appreciate.
The food was good, when we finally got the correct order after being pulled up. The girl had to come out to our car 3 times. Other than that the chocolate chip cookies were good and so was our food!
I dont eat meat but the fries are good. Gave me a stomach ache tho
The good was very good (fish sandwiches and onion rings) .. much better than at most other Arby's we've eaten at lately. Plus, the employees were very friendly .. genuinely so. I highly recommend this Arby's location!
