Regularly use it on the way to Brighton and back - they’re at the far left corner of the car park as you enter, on the rear corner of the service station building, tucked in by Burger Kings’ bins. Parking bays are confusing as they’ve added a second charging unit but have left the 2 bays as they were for the single unit, with an unmarked bay next to the newer unit. Both units always working whenever I’ve been to them, and I’ve only once seen another driver using them - they’re fairly easy to overlook. Never seen them ICED, despite being fairly convenient. They are a little isolated and dimly lit, but should always be safe as some of BK’s staff are usually there smoking or on their mobiles as the staff entrance door is next to the chargers...
