To try and explain how phenomenal and utterly unique this establishment is, will not do justice. You need to come here. I'm from Brighton and will for certain come again just for their miracle food. Everything came fresh, hot with aromas to salvate your mouth. Meeting the owner- absolute heart of gold, really cares and is passionate for his craft. I felt very welcomed by the team and they even treated us to a milkshake. Prices are great. They are due to start refurbishment over lockdown. To sum up, just go there and let the food do the talking. 10/10

I went here with my boyfriend and his family oh my goodness, the food was amazing!!! I had Pilau Rice and lamb. The peshwari naan & garlic naan were spot on Lamb curry was so good! Everything is so good. Had meat samosa for starter ️️️ The food came quickly as well! The extra plus points are that they are halal and we got to perform our solat/ namaz. The owner prepared a small area for us. Although they don’t have a specific ablution area, the sink was big enough. Overall, I am very satisfied with the food and service.

Food was great here. Super authentic and just tasted fresh. I had the pakora to start and was more than enough to share I couldn’t finish it. Then had the vegan takra daal (I’m not vegan), which was delicious and portion size was great. I would just give a word of caution that they do put real chillis in everything so somethings are hot and when they say even 1 chilli they mean it. I also ordered the pilau which they thought they were out of but the server kindly offered that they would make something up for me to match it. Offered opinions for drinks to try as they don’t serve alcohol but tried the mango lassi and have lots of other options it didn’t both us. Interior is a bit mishap and service was spotty (bit into a chilli by accident and couldn’t find a server to some water before I melted) but would definitely come back and have already recommended it to my family!

Firstly the food was amazing but the service was slow. The manager did say he was training some new staff and due to the issues he gave us a good discount. Highly recommend

For the most part it was an okay experience, the food was average and for the 50% off deal I had when I went there it felt well priced. Would I go there again, especially at the normal price? Not quite. The service was a bit lackluster though. There was no front desk person and while the food arrived pretty fast after ordering it, the waiting for the menus and for the bill was atrocious. A plus in regards to the food though, it seems to be homemade patties so that is always nice. Overall I'd say give it a shot to see if it's your thing before judging it.
