I would like to thank Razvan the Sales Consultant for helping me purchase a car as a surprise for my wife on our Golden Wedding. The process was very professional from my part exchange to the completion. I would also like to thank the sales manager for holding the new car at their premises for nearly 3 weeks so as to have it delivered the day before our special anniversary and the part exchange car as well to our home inSouthampton. My wife was so surprised when Razvan knocked our door with a beautiful bouquet and holding the new car key. The rear seats were also covered in Gold Balloons which was an extra special touch as well. So once again a special thank you to Both the Sales Manager and Razvan fo making this 50yrs celebration one we both will not forget. The car was very well presented inside and out. Very bad service after sell used car, i called seller a few times to ask about DVLA, he said he done it, but i called DVLA to ask. They told me seller do nothing. I have to pay 25 for Vc5. Bad bad very bad
