With 5 platforms, a few shops before the ticket barriers, manned ticket booths ticket machines and a helpful amount of staff on hand, this is a pretty good station

Cancelled trains on 14th March due to fatality at Haywards Heath. Trains terminated at Three Bridges. No information or assistance forthcoming from any of the dozen or so \staff\ loitering on the forecourt. No info on replacement buses so left to fend for yourselves. The staff are as effective as a fart in a hurricane and there is nothing about this station that I would recommend. Only 1 star as you can't give zero.

Staff friendly and supportive. Regular trains to different destinations and staff always able to offer advise around beat routes and changes. Lift to platform. A couple of little. Shops a available before barriers. Rest rooms on platform. Quick existing for when getting back to bridges. Parking is reasonably priced. At available. Never had to queue behind more than two people. So quick easy polite servixe
