I had been delaying encapsulating and setting up a dehumidifier because it was all too confusing. A friend told me about Crawl Space Repair. Everyone I have worked with has been great. They helped with putting together what I needed for the encapsulation and helped me find the right dehumidifier for under the house. They made the whole process easy even for a compete novice. Within a few days you could tell the difference inside our home. The RH in the crawl space went from 81% when I first turned on the dehumidifier to 58% during that time. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. Thanks for everything.

I've been on the fence about reviewing this company, but I'm definitely not giving them my future business. The products I ordered were good quality, arrived in good condition and on time. Prices are FMV. However, in a box with one of the items was a note with a handwritten name that says: "Because my job depends on it, this order was packed with care. If you call and I'm not here, that's what happened. :)" With that smiley face, and all. I guess I just happen to think that joking about firing people isn't funny. I wrote an email to the company today asking them what the note meant, in case I was missing some other meaning. Nope. Someone called me not long after to tell me that they've been including this note in orders for years now, that it's just a bit of fun, and they'd never *actually* fire someone for messing up. Right. My thoughts on this are that workers aren't guaranteed a living wage, have effectively zero job security because they can be fired for nearly any reason in most states, and on top of that, there are companies like this one that make passive threats to employees under the guise of a joke to remind them they're disposable. Even if I'm being charitable here and accepting this bizarre joke on its face, why tell it over and over every day for years, and why share it with your customers? Seriously, who's inspired by this other than Ayn Rand? Good products but maybe not a very nice place to work. PS - the employee who called me was very nice. Given the nature of my complaint, she could neither agree or strongly disagree with me, but was very professional and patient. I appreciate her reaching out.

I purchased a Moisture Medic AprilAire) dehumidifier from Crawlspace Repair in 2017 and it worked to maintain my crawlspace at 50-52% humidity for three years. Then the humidity increased to 68% and I called for tech support and was able to troubleshoot the problem with phone support. The techs identified the problem as a failed Frost sensor. They promptly shipped a replacement Frost sensor and told me how to install it. Using the exploded parts diagram from their user manual, I was able to easily replace the sensor and the dehumidifier brought my crawlspace down to 50% again. Great support and all covered by the five year warranty. Thanks!

I have been completely satisfied with CrawlSpaceRepair at every stage of my DIY encapsulation project. The owners were very responsive by Facebook chat during the planning stage, and throughout the project as I had questions. The website has a wealth of information and videos that were very useful. For my project, I bought my vapor barriers, seal tapes, and dehumidifier, and various small accessories through them. All of my orders, large and small, were shipped quickly and without error. The 12 mil (walls) and 20 mil (floor) Silverback vapor barriers that I bought are top quality and very heavy duty. This project was definitely a LOT of work, but the team at CSP definitely enabled me to get it done. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! I am not an expert in dehumidifiers but these guys sure are. At the beginning of my project I called in and asked a multitude of questions and after helping me through them all I was able to submit my order same day. The shipment was extremely fast as I got it 2 days later. The packaging was very well done and the items were secured and all the elements needed were included. This is an excellent, customer service orientated company that knows what they are doing!

Products are superior and reasonably priced. I was able to DIY my crawlspace encapsulation using the high-quality, helpful videos posted online. Customer service was extremely helpful.
