If you ever wonder why this cafeteria makes less money than other Crazy Fire places, here is my idea. We love this food but we used to go the place in Cary (which is perfect). Here, we waited 10 minutes to be seated and then had to just start asking personal so finally a man arrived and seated us. He barely understand our questions and could not explain stuff so it was just good that it wasn’t our first time. Food was perfect as always, but after all we were charged for 3 bowls even though we had 1 and 1. We were so tired of “communication” that we just paid and left. Yeah you made extra money for your cafeteria man, but you know what? We will never come back there again.

Absolutely amazing and fresh food. Prices are very reasonable. For 13 is more than enough food for one male adult. Cook is super friendly and very skilled
Overall a good experience. But bummed they don’t do unlimited anymore but half the experience is seeing how much you can fit in a bowl. Overall it’s clean and nice inside. The gentlemen who served us also cooked and took care of multiple guest Wel still checking in. Left a nice tip because we were very pleased. Food is comparable to places similar.
Really good Mongolian grill place. Its not as large as their other locations, but still just as good. The service was really good also the cook was also our server he was very attentive and hospitable. Food was good as always and a great experience. My only complaint is there isnt all you can eat anymore. However one to two bowls is pretty satisfying.
The food was still good just as I remember it (first time eating here in a while). The main con was the fact that though the price has increased from 8.99 to 9.99 for one bowl and 13.99 for two, there is no more unlimited eating. Your cap is two bowls and the bowl sizes are kind of small so you have to do your best stacking to get full. I know COVID has changed a lot of things so this isn’t totally surprising. Also, the white sauce was watered down a bit as if they were trying to make it stretch but still the same price of 0.75 per 2 oz cup.
This location isn’t the best but it’s closer so I always give it the benefit of the doubt. Our server/cook was friendly. He was able to multitask as the restaurant started to pick up. The one thing I have never understood about crazy fire is, why charge us the same price you charge for takeout if we aren’t able to take leftovers home? It’s silly and it doesn’t make any sense to me. If I decide to eat my food there and pay for two bowls, I should be able to take whatever I’m not able to eat with me as if I paid for the same thing but got take out. It’s no difference other than the fact I’m eating inside versus takeout. It’s wasting food which is ridiculous.
We really enjoy the food here. I am always amazed that it’s not very busy. We are pretty picky about Mongolian food and always impressed by this place.
Service was okay. Not overly friendly but nice enough. The food was great. I really miss the Crazy Fire Mongolian Grill we had in Burlington. This was a nicer restaurant with the same food. I would definitely go back.
