I wanted to thank Stan and Carla for all the hard work and effort that was required to complete the sale on my commercial property. Being located in Australia meant communication was very important to me. I appreciated that communication was fast and responsive during the entire process, that unfortunately turned out to not be a straight forward sale. We had a problem tenant who neglected to stay on top of the payments to the trash removal company and refused to clean up the building.
