Declan and his team from Creative Grain erected a 7 meter x 6 meter timber framed and clad room for us from Sept-Dec 2018 (Plus a toilet block to the side) This new room , which was constructed on a mildly sloped site, incorporates tile effect sheeting on the roof and is fully insulated within the walls and then insulated boards again on the inside (Very easy heated!) Plastered and painted. Declan was a pleasure to deal with being knowledgeable and precise in his advice (The 2 guys carrying out the work were also very professional in their conduct along the way). The room is now fully functional and was very cost effective for its purpose and also the time frame of 10 weeks from start to finish was just what we needed. We found this method lived up to our expectations as being much less intrusive than a regular concrete block built structure (without having any to make any compromises) which would have created much more noise, dust and general mess around the existing facility which of course could remain in full operation for the duration. No problem recommending Creative Grain for any such projects you have in mind.
