Creative Kitchens had installed my brother’s kitchen late last year and I was so impressed with the job they had done that I decided I would be going there too when I got round to getting the kitchen done. From the very start, I was very impressed with their approach. There was no hard sell, just a friendly chat around what we wanted and didn’t want. Russell offered some suggestions that we had not considered and took on board our ideas. A few days later he was back with a couple of drawings and the VR headset to let us “Stand” in the kitchen and look around it. On fitting day, the installers arrived on time and started preparing the house to ensure there would no damage as units were moved in and out of the house. The new kitchen quickly started to take shape and other than asking us to confirm the location of sockets, they were happy to get on with it. The job took three days and at the end of each day, the house was tidied up as much as it is possible to do when getting a new kitchen fitted. They even took the time to sweep up the driveway and clear all the sawdust away. Once the job was finished, the installers took time to explain everything they had done and more importantly how the new appliances worked. I had been putting off buying a new kitchen for years as I dreaded the whole process but Russell and his team made it so simple. We are all delighted with the new kitchen and will recommend Creative Kitchens to anyone.

Had my kitchen installed in two days. Very happy with the smooth installation as I was not in the house at the time. Design and Quality are first class. The guys that installed Chris was very good, and Russell was fab in getting it all organised.
