I visited Creative Smiles around 3 years ago for some cosmetic work. My lateral incisors were quite small, and I wanted some composite bonding on these teeth to create a more even smile. Dr Mark was so helpful in the consultation in explaining how the work would be carried out and he was open with all the pros and cons. I'm so incredibly happy with the work I had done and think the price was reasonable for something I 'wear' every single day. 3 years on I am still so pleased with how my teeth turned out, the composite still looks great, and I feel much more confident with my smile. I needed new night retainers after the work, and the turnaround for the new retainers was almost instant as they have a lab on the premises too. Highly, highly recommend this practice.

I needed a dentist, I’d been putting it off. Ive always been petrified of dentist and needed sedation to have a filling. I decided to face my fears. I’d friends and family recommend this dentist and that but I wasn’t convinced so 1 evening I decided to do bit research and check out dentists local to Lisburn area that accepted very nervous patients. Creative smiles just seemed to stand out to me so I bit the bullet and sent email there and then to them explaining my extreme fear etc. Next morning I’d lovely phone call from Sarah who answered all my questions and put me at total ease. I made app for next day (they’d cancellation) and I went not just into waiting room but actual surgery with 4 others. David was brilliant, he explained everything, let me know that it was ok to be scared etc. On my 4th visit I’d to get a tooth extracted (no sedation) and was so proud of myself that I faced it all on my own, I didn’t even need anyone waiting for me after. Those 4 visits were longest I’d sat in dentist chair from I was child without sedation. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next check up
