Well laid out shop that caters for pretty much everything and everyone. Bought a tank, plants, substrate etc before returning a couple of weeks later for fish. Staff are very knowledgeable and Jake was great with advice and answering any questions. The tank looks amazing now after 5 weeks from when we first set up and all the fish are happy and healthy. Will be back to add a few more fish soon.

Well stocked pet supply shop. Fantastic aquarium section for cold water and warm water life. Very knowledgeable and able staff to help with all your questions. Shouldn't be missed for a visit if in Totton.

Staff are Knowledgeable, always friendly and happy to help. The fish I have purchased from here always seem to be healthy (touching wood as purchased a few more today!) Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is sometimes you see the odd dead fish, which if you ask me can deter you from buying any from that particular tank as contamination is a concern regarding the other fish being exposed to the dead one. I have never purchased a fish from a tank that has a dead one in. That said it's a great place and well worth a visit.

I really like this shop, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they genuinely give you informed advice rather just trying sell you stuff. A lot friendlier than some of the staff at a nearby competitor, that's for sure! It would have been 5 stars but they sold me a plant that had snail eggs and they've massacred my tank. A month later I'm still trying to remove them.

Staff were very helpful and readily available but not intrusive. Excellent selection of all animal products (fish, reptiles, amphibians, dogs, cats, birds, small animals). Large range of aquatic creatures (majority in clean, algae free tanks with appropriate tank mates) and a good range of fish tanks to browse as well. Also some gorgeous tank set ups.
