We were traveling threw and had to make a restroom stop and so glad we did this location was very clean restroom was spotless and fresh and the team was super friendly and polite and the food was hot and fresh and where we live they don't have the cinnamon twist so we took advantage and it was truly worth it all hot and delicious so this was truly a 5

Please put seasoning on your fries! The last 3 or 4 times I've been to this location the fries have been plain. Even inside the seasoning shaker isn't out. I mean it's one of yalls trademarks so yeah, more seasoning on the fries please. Everything else is great.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would, 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon and almost 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru when the restaurant wasn't even really crowded. On top of all that, after such a long wait the order was STILL INCORRECT. Hire some help or something, will definitely be going to the Wake Forest location from now on.
Had a cajun fillet combo.. the chicken had more salt on it than the fries to the point where it feels like the amount of salt burns my tongue. Which is odd considering i actually asked for extra seasoning on the fries. I love Bojangles, not so much this particular location.
I'm giving this place 4 stars only because the lack of care the employees have for this business. As a cafe owner myself I take things like this to heart. We ordered 8 chicken sandwich combos and 1 extra chicken sandwich. I ask them to put ketchup mayonnaise in the bag. Once I got home I seen they did as I ask but the amount was outrageous. They gave me 78 packs of ketchup and 37 packs of mayonnaise. If they do this to everyone they are making the company loose a lot of money. Employees like this only are there for a paycheck, they need to care for the business as it was there own. This is so disrespectful to the company
