We agreed to meet the owner on Thursday at 4:00 Pm. He was no where around. I called and he said he was on his way there with the car. 45 minutes later he was still not there. By this time his partner had shown up and when he called the guy, the guy said he was near the airport in grid lock and he was DRIVING the car we were looking to purchase. We left.....no warm fuzzy feeling. Not a good business move. Late for an appointed time by about an hour and a half and DRIVING the car we were looking to purchase.
