Just a gas station with some cars, but efficient and correct with the reservation

Customer services was the worst. In america the credit cards do not all have puffed up numbers. I paid online with my cc and once I went to pay he thought it was a atm card even tho it has visa on it and the chip as well. He said it had to have puffed numbers to be used. ........ I told him i better not get any cancellation fees since I had already paid online. Online price was half of what they wanted when I called in. This is I was really denied rental....
"Le site n'a pas fonctionné, vous n'auriez pas dû pouvoir réserver comme l'agence est fermée"... En attendant, je me retrouve à 4 jours de mon déménagement sans camion, alors que mon compte a été débité. La solution ? Prendre le camion à Clichy !
Agent sérieux , sachant trouver une solution aux disfonctionnement , avantage ouvert le Dimanche, RAS ,je recommande.
Très bon accueil mais pour info il n'y a que des véhicules de location catégorie B
Utilitaire réservé une semaine à l’avance pour un déménagement. Le jour J pas de camion !! Pas de solution ! Conseil : aller ailleurs
