I couldn't recommend Crescent Lodge dental practice enough. I have a complex case with various dental work that needs to be done. I was nervous about the whole process but I was given help and amazing advice during the consultation and throughout all my appointments so far. All the staff at the practice are so polite and friendly so thank you all but my biggest thank you has to be to Joanna who is an amazing dentist and Dot a very knowledgeable dental nurse. They both are great team, friendly and professional.

I have been a patient at Crescent Lodge Dental Practice for over twenty years. The treatments I have received over those decades have varied greatly, from general dental care and oral hygiene to crowns and implants. The professional courteous and efficient service has never let me down. A real relationship of trust and understanding underscored by the highest level of skill, experience and delivery means I attend the Practice full of confidence and even relaxed, which has not always been the case previously at other surgeries. Without exception the staff and practitioners always find time to give thorough and clear explanations on procedures, treatment options, schedules and costs. The fees and costs are competitive with other private practices. All the procedures are performed in house and the range of expertise and speciality provided by the core team means over all the years I have never had to be referred beyond the superbly equipped and beautifully located practice, surrounded by the leafy part of Clapham Common. As the lockdown eases the attention to Covid health and care protocols is second to none, and though I am in the vulnerable age group, have had complete confidence in returning very recently to have further treatment.

I’m so impressed with this dentist. The previous one I went to, I felt the staff were rude and abrupt and then I found this one in Clapham, and the staff are so lovely, remember your name, job and it’s really clean. Fantastic customer service. I’ve not had a full scale check up for a good few years and was nervous about visiting the dentist but the staff at Crescent Lodge made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I had to have a few fillings and felt completely fine with it because Dr Neel and his assistant (I think her name is Mary) were so lovely and chatty. I’m always scared if injections and they are so skilled that I didn’t feel a thing! Can’t wait to go back for whitening treatment and use this dentist in the long term. Also, they talk you through everything as they go so you always know what’s happening, and they give full explanations at the end and go the extra mile. Best dentist I’ve visited! Thank you!

I saw Dr Hussain Rashid. He put me at ease at once, explained what had happened (my crown had broken due to wear and tear) and how he planned to proceed. The procedure went exactly as described and I was very impressed with the standard of care. Dr Rashid was so professional and, more importantly, very kind and friendly as was the dental nurse and the reception staff. Given the current Covid situation, I felt extremely safe with all the measures put in place to keep the building, the staff and the patients safe. It is a great dental practice.

I had an emergency appointment with Danielle Taylor for filling a chipped tooth. The reception team were very efficient at registering me and making sure the practice is Covid safe. Both Danielle and her assistant did an excellent job and were amazing at putting me at ease. Very impressed Crescent Lodge team.
