I bought my first house in Canada and the first house ever in my life at Cresco. But you know what? My house’s closing date has been delayed for 4 times(in 4 months) from August to December, and it is unoccupied since it was handed over on December 8th，the power bill was as high as 1200 until January 19th. Can you guess what happened？ After we moved in on January 20,（because we got the appliances and washing machine , dryer on the same time） it was like living in an ice cellar. The heating was working all the time, but the house was freezing. My infant baby who is less than a year old at that time, had to change the diapers frequently in these cold conditions. And we also been through two or three times storms.We live in this conditions until February 18. When someone come to do the examination of the energy，he found out that there is no insulation in the attic !which is unbelievable！！！ Please be careful when you are buying a house!! We chose Cresco because of its reputation and that is really inconsistent with facts. and the solution they provided is unacceptable.
