Their warranty work & customer service falls by the wayside after closing. Their contractors are not professional. Keep searching! We will never give them our hard earned dollars again. On a positive note, we learned a lot of things to avoid in the future!!
Bret and Emily have taken care of our custom home build needs with dedication and professionalism that has completely surpassed My Wife and I expectations. They where there every step of the way and supported every one of our needs throughout the build cycle. Bret had a quality first mentality and was quick to respond to our concerns throughout the process. Him and his Foreman Jeff both had the daunting task of dealing with a demanding customer that happens to live only a few feet away from the house construction site. They often had answers and a path forward for all my concerns prior to me even asking the questions, it was almost like they had ESP. Emily is very sweet and has a keen eye for design and was very helpful in making the design selections. I would recommend Remington Homes to anyone of my family, friends, or co-workers.
