The dentist always recommended additional procedures. Makes you kind of wonder what you actually needed or if he was just trying to “extract” money from you. I felt like I was with a questionable mechanic where you go in for one thing and they recommend other “services” that you didn’t plan for and don’t actually need. Ethics and integrity are important in life. Patients want to know they can trust their dentist. With the office setup I could always hear the dentist recommend services to other patients as well. I also took note of the hesitancy in the voices of the patients as they responded to the doctors suggestions.

I felt welcomed on arrival. Dr Sam and Adela made me feel comfortable . Showed concern when I told them about my pain . Within time my wisdom teeth were out nice and easy . Very friendly. I will recommend them to all family and friends ! 10/10

One of the best dentists in Hartford for dental implants! My uncle was missing a lot of teeth, and we took a blind stab at this office, while across them on google. Dr Sam and his staff were pleasant and made him feel very comfortable. They gave him a detailed walkthrough of the treatment plan and even helped with credit facilities to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. If you from around Hartford, East Hartford or West Hartford, you should definitely check them out!

Great dentist and work, but when I had an infection that had to be dealt with quickly, I was sent to a specialist without being informed they were out of network, and the insurance information they relayed to me was not correct. Consequently, I was saddled with dental bills totaling in the thousands. I regret our involvement together.

I have been with this practice for more than over 10 years. I needed 2 Dental Implants due to refusing to have 2 root canals done back in my mid 20's. I noticed that between my teeth gaps were forming. The thought of having metal dental implants did not settle well with my thought process and I started to procrastinate the inevitable. But considering that over time teeth move and they can start forming there own twist and turns due to missing teeth. I went ahead and had them done. I went into great length with Dr. Sam discussing the Dental Implants, the procedure and the recovery time. It took me about a year to decide, but it was the best decision that I made. Dr. Sam is an excellent Dentist. He is by far one of the very best. My recovery was smooth and amazing. I highly recommend him.
